Our clients, owners of this beautiful Home wares business which offers a high range of silk flowers, artificial plants, home décor and indoor lighting are searching for a State sales Manager with serious PIZZAZ

Reporting to the Company Owner and the General Manager, this position will offer you autonomy and ownership of the Victorian Division as well as a place where you will be valued and appreciated.

Your focus will be to:

- Develop and maximise sales opportunities within designated territory
- Develop strategies to increase customer database
- Develop strategies to increase brand inclusion throughout customer database
- Anaylse customer sales trends identifying product opportunities
- Maintain existing relationships
- Build relationships, actively seeking new sales opportunities
- Plan and execute customer promotional themes
- Monitor competitor activity assuring effectiveness of our offers.
- Ensuring orders are downloaded to the support office daily
- Brief weekly reports to management.

Part of this role is attending Trade Fairs as a Brand Ambassador, actively seeking sales opportunities and providing customer service.
- Sales background with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Creativeness and passion for the Gift and Homeware industry.
- Be innovative, have sound business acumen and be an overall sales professional.
