We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Network Planning team within the Operations Division as a Property & Land Senior Specialist, based in our Perth CBD offices.This role supports our operational supply chain by managing CBH's extensive network land and property portfolio, enabling the company to provide flexibility to the business and future-proof our storage and handling network.Reporting to the Manager – Property & Land and working closely with operational personnel across head office and regional areas, the key responsibilities include:Leading property analysis, land acquisition, and sales aligned with CBH's network plan and capital program, including securing key acquisitions for upgrades, expansions, environmental offsets, housing, site accommodation, and disposals.Managing land subdivision and amalgamation processes, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget due diligence, subdivisions, and settlements.Arranging property business cases, purchase options, sale contracts, payments, approvals, and land transfers for CBH.Providing strategic property advice to internal stakeholders and participating in CBH's Regulatory Approvals Committee.Managing the end-to-end leasing process for CBH, from both landlord and tenant perspectives, including expression of interest programs.Serving as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, real estate agents, valuers, and internal teams regarding lease matters.Collaborating on company housing portfolio management.Supporting property administration activities, including transaction records, lease agreements, and legal documentation.Processing rent, rates, and taxes for the property portfolio.About You:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar property or land management role.Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, surveying, or related fields.Strong knowledge of portfolio, asset, and property management.Understanding of legal leases, land procedures, and contracts.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience in report writing and presenting recommendations.Why work with CBH?
