Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist
We are seeking an experienced contract specialist to join our team. As a senior contract specialist, you will be responsible for the establishment, placement and management of contracting arrangements with capable suppliers.
About the Role:
This is a mid-senior level role that reports directly to the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for leading supplier evaluation processes, supporting sourcing recommendations, and finalising supplier agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the supplier evaluation process and support sourcing recommendations on behalf of the business.
- Lead supplier negotiations and finalise supplier agreements in accordance with set procedures.
- Monitor and report on subcontractor forecasts of cost and value.
- Lead, manage and develop team members to deliver the required capability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong commercial/legal skills and acumen, as well as experience in contract negotiation and management.
