**Engagement Consultant**

- **12 month part time contract with possible extension**:

- **Monday - Friday (No Weekends or Public Holidays)**

**The Opportunity**

The Engagement Consultant will lead stakeholder engagement activities for Silverchain with the primary goal of driving client referrals for the service, the Engagement Consultant will proactively promote and lead the engagement strategy to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and meet agreed KPIs.

**About You**
- Well-developed communication (verbal, written and listening) and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external key stakeholder
- Demonstrated ability to provide contributions to service direction, support and strategic engagement activities
- Relevant experience in and/or sound industry knowledge of health and aged care
- Demonstrated analytical skills to identify opportunities and make recommendations for change
- Ability to effectively build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, engage and influence across all levels of staff, and understand and navigate the conflicting needs of diverse groups
- Ability to work both independently and in a complex team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to forward plan, be proactive and use initiative to plan and prioritise work to achieve set targets and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and with a team to participate and contribute to program and organisational objectives
- Based on Silverchain Group Policy and Government Directions, you will be required to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 including booster, or evidence of a medical exemption in order to commence employment with Silver Chain.
