Job Title: Strategic Engagement Consultant

As a Strategic Engagement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement activity across various portfolios. Your key responsibility will be to coordinate and manage information in customer relationship management systems, enabling effective stakeholder management.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for engagement activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and community leaders
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees on engagement strategies and techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives

This role requires excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. You must have experience in supporting engagement activity, coordinating and managing information in CRM systems, and working with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong evidence-based approach, experience working with CRMs, and a thorough understanding of Victoria's health system stakeholders.
