Engagement Consultant

**The opportunity to join our team**

Our Engagement Consultants are here to identify and implement opportunities for our clients and empower them to feel confident in making decisions about their superannuation. This is a phone-based role, but you will have the opportunity to develop various other important skills and enjoy working in a team that offers flexibility, whilst making a real impact on our clients. This position is perfect for a recent or upcoming graduate and offers clear career pathways into financial coaching and other areas.

**What you will bring**
- Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid planning and organisation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of finance and willingness to learn
- Ability to work within a frequently changing legislative environment
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think outside the square and solve problems
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce or Business (desirable)
- RG146 or working towards this is highly regarded
