**Position Overview**: As an Outbound Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with prospective B2B clients. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning our products/services to secure appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations to identify their business needs.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for our sales executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and follow-up strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointments set and qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an outbound appointment setter or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Telecommunications and ICT industry a plus
