We are looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter

Are you a confident cold caller who thrives on consistency, performance and booking appointments?

We're a fast-growing fitness marketing agency helping online fitness coaches worldwide scale their businesses. Your goal is simple: deliver our sales team
10-15 qualified appointments every week.
We need a driven, relentless Appointment Setter to make it happen.

If you're hungry for results, consistent in your approach, and sharp on the phone, you'll thrive here. You'll be connecting with pre-qualified personal trainers and fitness business owners daily, and following up with warm inbound leads to keep our pipeline flowing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Calling cold leads daily from our prospect lead list (fitness coaches, PTs, gym owners)

  • Making 100+ outbound dials per day

  • Booking qualified 15-minute discovery calls for our internal sales team

  • Following a proven cold calling script while on the phone to prospects

  • Qualifying leads, building trust quickly and handling objections to book the discovery call

Ongoing Tasks:

  • Maintaining clear records in GoHighLevel CRM — notes, tags, statuses, and next steps

  • Sending an end-of-day report with summary of calls, outcomes, and booked appointments

  • Regular check-ins with the agency founder to review performance and insights

Your KPIs:

  • 100 outbound calls per day (cold + warm)

  • 5–10 qualified appointments booked per week (minimum)

  • All new warm leads called within 1 hour

  • CRM updated in real-time with clean notes, tags, and contact status

  • End-of-day report submitted every day

Compensation Package:

  • 12.5% commission on all closed deals (average deal size: $3,000 AUD = ~A$375 per sale)

  • Agency target is to close 4 new deals per month (A$1500 in commissions for you per month)

  • A$1,000/month base salary (if no
    agency sales and
    KPIs are met)

  • Weekly commission payouts

  • Long-term growth potential within a results-first agency

  • Full time paying position once 3-month probation is passed

You're a Great Fit If You Are:

  • A fluent English speaker with a confident and persuasive phone manner

  • Experienced in cold calling or outbound appointment setting (required)

  • Highly consistent — you show up daily, follow the system, and track results

  • Comfortable following a script, but also able to adapt during calls

  • Strong at objection-handling, qualifying, and rapport-building

  • Familiar with GoHighLevel CRM or able to learn it quickly

  • Able to update CRM, manage pipelines, and maintain clean sales admin

Bonus: Have experience/interest in the fitness, wellness or coaching space

This Role is NOT for You If:

  • You're afraid of high-volume cold calling
  • You prefer warm inbound leads only
  • You can't work independently or need daily micromanagement
  • You dislike tracking metrics and following up with leads consistently
