Design Manager Position
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all design activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring timely resolution of client comments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality designs for HV and LV projects in substations, transmission lines, solar systems, and battery energy storage systems.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Manage drawing submissions via document management systems.
Closely work with construction teams to ensure smooth integration between design and site execution.
Conduct quality reviews and provide input into design and construction processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant engineering degree from an Australian university.
Current RPEQ/CPEng certification or eligibility to obtain these.
Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
