Senior HV Project Manager

Design and Build have partnered with a growing Australian business to deliver large-scale transmission, HV Substation and Renewable Energy projects across the country.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee high voltage project delivery, managing stakeholders and driving outcomes on Australia's most important energy infrastructure.
This is a pivotal role with lots of momentum, real responsibility, and a genuine opportunity to shape how projects are delivered. As a senior leader, you will report directly to the Managing Director and have real ability to influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise technical and commercial solutions for HV projects in the energy sector.
- Oversee projects at all phases from start-up to completion.
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including design partners and subcontractors.
- Support contract management.
- Manage client and customer relationships to deliver first-class service.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified, ideally in electrical engineering.
- Experience in design management of HV substations (33kv and upwards) and Solar farms or similar major renewable energy projects.
- Strong personal values and a team player.
