Design Manager Position

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all design activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring timely resolution of client comments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality designs for HV and LV projects in substations, transmission lines, solar systems, and battery energy storage systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage drawing submissions via document management systems.
  • Closely work with construction teams to ensure smooth integration between design and site execution.
  • Conduct quality reviews and provide input into design and construction processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant engineering degree from an Australian university.
  • Current RPEQ/CPEng certification or eligibility to obtain these.
  • Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
