Job Description:

Design Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our renewable energy design team. As the Senior Renewable Energy Design Lead, you will oversee the development of innovative and cost-effective solutions for our projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality renewable energy systems
  • Developing and implementing design strategies that meet safety, environmental, and operational standards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and objectives
  • Maintaining design records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated expertise in renewable energy projects, including commercial/industrial solar farms and battery storage systems
  • Proven experience in HV Power Systems projects, with a strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Autodesk CAD, PSCAD, PVsyst), MS Office Suite, and basic planning/supply chain tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
