**Experience**:

- Supermarket/retail experience
- Bottle shop experience will be an advantage

**Your** **role**:

- Lead, train, and develop a high performing retail team to consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience to our loyal customer base, we are looking for a real people person;
- Demonstrate a passion for what you sell by developing strong product knowledge of key lines including Beer, Wine, and Spirits;
- Inventory Management - ordering, receiving, receipting, inventory control including managing ideal stock levels, stock variances, and stock loss prevention;
- Execute and manage visual merchandising to create appealing product displays and to ensure the successful implementation of our in-store promotions;
- Create and deliver strategies to achieve Store KPIs including the effective management of store budgets;
- Analyse and interpret operational data from key reports to make effective business decisions; and
- Ensure the safety of our staff and customers at all times by adhering to our Work Health & Safety policies and implementing safe work practices.
- Operational Activities maintenance
- Report directly to the Cluster Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
