Team Leader required for MIG Welders completing Jig Welding work - Casual position with view to perm - Work 38 hours in 4 days & have Friday off - Broadmeadows location.

Our Client is a leading manufacturer for Transportation parts in Australia seeking a experienced Team Leader for MIG welders. Located in Broadmeadows the company offers a clean, modern work environment.

**Job Requirements**
- Jig welding of light gauge sheet metal parts & designer seats for the Transportation Industry
- Have experience leading a team of welders to deliver high quality results
- Looking after day to day tasks for the team
- MIG welder Qualified
- Capable of reading basic engineering drawings
- Reporting to the Supervisor
- Running Toolbox meeting when required
- Attention to detail and quality driven person
- Ability to multitask with a can do attitude
- Strict adherence to high safety standards
- Be physically fit

**Hours and Rate**
Day shift: Monday - Wednesday: 7.00am to 5:30pm, Thursday: 7.00am to 3:30pm, casual to permeant.
