**The role**
This role plays a critical part in delivering quality Rail products to our customers.
Key responsibilities include performing standard quantitative and qualitative non-destructive testing and analysis to verify process conditions, and providing recommendations where required to ensure we meet customer requirements. Also responsible for preparing and compiling critical research data and reporting. As part of the broader team you will help support any investigation work and testing development.
The role is a Monday to Friday day and afternoon shift work role, with the opportunity for overtime.
**About you**
- Ideally a relevant technical or trade qualifications combined with Level 2 AINDT or equivalent certification and a minimum level 1 magnetic particle and ultrasonic qualification.
- Regardless of your qualification, you will have experience in operating non-destructive testing equipment with exposure to either a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands, and
- a proactive approach to problem solving.
You must also have current and valid Australian working rights.
