Our **Team Downer**business unit delivers professional services to Defence. Team Downer collaborates with clients across the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) and the National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) to help them achieve their mission.

We are actively seeking skilled professionals across Business Analysis, Intelligence Analysis, and Business Architecture.
- You are confident in capturing, analysing, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that support project and capability outcomes.
- You bring experience facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and developing high-quality documentation to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Your background includes working across complex programs, identifying risks, and providing insights that support informed planning and continuous improvement.
- You collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to align business goals, system capabilities, and enterprise architecture for long-term program success.
- As we are a business that supports Defence, we need you to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a AGSVA Security Clearance - minimum NV1. _
- Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions on individuals with dual nationality, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1. _
