Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent data modelling skills.

  • About the Role:
  • - Develop and maintain a robust competitor intelligence framework, analysing positioning, pricing, and product to inform strategic decisions.
  • - Deliver market demand insights by understanding population demographics, consumer needs, and purchase drivers.
  • - Maintain and evolve market analytics tools and dashboards to optimise marketing investment.
  • - Translate customer and competitor data into actionable strategies that directly impact revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential:
  • - 3+ years in business intelligence, market research, or commercial analysis.
  • - Proven ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into clear, actionable insights.
  • - Strong data and financial modelling skills, with experience in ABS statistics and demographic modelling.
  • - Experience working with Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams.
  • - Understanding of the customer journey and digital media marketing.
