Business Intelligence Analyst

We're looking for a proactive and passionate junior-level Business Intelligence Analyst to join a top client in Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, with plenty of training, mentorship, and development opportunities on offer.About the RoleIf you bring a sharp analytical mindset and a consultative approach, this is the perfect next step in your career.With fast-paced projects and real impact from day one, you'll be actively shaping how businesses use data to make smarter decisions and connect with their customers.This role gives you exposure to business operations, strategy, and analytics helping you develop towards future opportunities in business strategy and operations, depending on your performance and contributions.Your Responsibilities & ImpactPrepare clear, data-driven insights and presentation materials using GSheets, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools.Support strategic planning activities such as market analysis, resource allocation, and performance tracking.Deliver KPI reporting, dashboards, and exec-ready presentations to help leaders make informed decisions.Run ad-hoc analysis to support requests from stakeholders across the business.Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across strategy, programs, and enablement.RequirementsRecently graduated in an analytical discipline such as engineering, computer science, finance, etc.2-3 years of experience ideally in finance, data analytics, or business operations.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Tableau a strong plus.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Entrepreneurial drive and a "get things done" attitude to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn new Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
