**About the Role**

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in Culture & People.

As the People Advisor your role will be to provide People related advice and assistance to all parts of the Endeavour Group business. You will support Endeavour Team Members and Leaders in providing policy advice, people systems advice and responding to all People related queries.

You will also support Leaders with basic performance and conduct management procedures and respond in a timely manner to system support requests from Leaders and People Partners.

Reporting to the Head of Team Services, you will also:

- Respond to People related queries in a timely manner to support requests.
- Provide advice on employment matters to Leaders.
- Create, review and approve position moves, including liaising with leaders to explain why.
- System maintenance and ensuring structures are up to date.
- Alerting and rectifying errors in accordance with governance protocols and liaising with impacted team.

**About You**

You pride yourself on your time management, attention to detail and importantly, you're a team player - your actions and behaviours reflect the culture and values of the team.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to deal with different and ad hoc requests.
- Currently or previously worked in retail operations desirable.
- Understanding of SAP based systems will be highly regarded.
