We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Legal Assistant / Legal Executive for my client who are a boutique law firm in Perth.
This is a great opportunity for somone who would like to develop their knowledge and experience.
Duties:
Typing / amending correspondence and court documents
Scanning/photocopying
Filing and archiving
Opening and closing files
Monthly billing
Liaising with clients
Compiling and preparing briefs
Diary management
Client service, including answering phone calls
General administration duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a legal or professional office environment
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Team mindedness
Proactivity
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Good computer literacy
Positive and reliable personality
