United Link Care Services is currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with disabilities in the _Supported Independent Living _program (SIL Homes), ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and supervise the team to perform the daily operation of SIL
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Assisting with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Participating in activities and outings with clients
- Performing sleepover shifts.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 2-3 weekdays of availability on a weekly basis
- Previous experience working as a support worker or similar (preferred)
- Certificate III/ IV in Disability or Individual Support is an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check and Working With Children Check
- Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate.
- Valid Driver Licence and Car
- Being available for Sleepover/Overnight Shift is a requirement for this position.
