Business Consultant Role

A critical role where you will partner with business owners to improve and grow their businesses.

About the Job

This position involves managing a portfolio of restaurants, supporting franchisees, and coaching them on all aspects of their business, including operational standards, customer experience, people leadership, sales, profitability, workplace health and safety, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Support:
    • Review financial and operational reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Leverage commercial knowledge to drive restaurant profitability.
    • Identify risks and ensure restaurants are safe and compliant with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching and Leadership:
    • Mentor franchisees to support business growth and development.
    • Provide coaching and leadership support for restaurant teams.
  • Brand and Customer Champion:
    • Role model and advocate brand values, behaviours, and standards.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach across the business.
    • Facilitate communications and activities between brand and franchisees.

You will provide guidance on employee management, achieving optimum staffing levels, rostering, managing performance, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate has detailed retail operations knowledge and expertise in business partnering, coaching, and supporting others.
