This highly regarded
**Global Financial Services **firm is seeking a HR Advisor to support their Australian based team in Sydney.

The HR Advisor is the first point of contact for employee queries, leads the HR operational requirements for the team and provides support to the HR Business Partner and Head of People and Culture as required.

You will benefit from the exposure and scope of working in a global firm, whilst working within their high performing Australian team with its own goals and close knit culture.

**Typical responsibilities include**:

- Provide HR policy and payroll advice to all employees
- Manage global HR operations systems for Australia
- Manage and enhance HR data analytics and reporting
- Coordinate monthly payroll through external payroll provider
- Coordinate of learning and development initiatives
- Support international mobility including coordination & benefits
- Manage recruitment of junior roles alongside external partners
- Be involved in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives in Australia and globally i.e. community engagement / corporate responsibility
- Manage HR administrative requirements for the team

This role suits a self starter with a flexible work approach and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks from employment relations matters and projects to administrative and regular tasks.
- Previous experience in a HR support role in a corporate environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a business
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is carried out promptly and efficiently
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- The desire to find opportunities for process improvement
- Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
