Opportunity to join market leader in a Sales Representative role for VIC region - FMCG Asian Groceries. Fully serviced and maintained company car

**Oriental Merchant **is a leading importer and distributor of authentic Asian groceries, supplying supermarkets with brands that are familiar throughout the Asia Pacific.

We are proud of what we have achieved in growing Asian food categories in Australia where we have a presence nationally, as well in New Zealand, Europe, Canada, Japan and the UK.

To keep up with the demand and our expanding business we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team

**As one of our passionate Sales Representative, you will be**:

- Liaising with Asian supermarkets/grocery stores in an agreed call cycle covering Melbourne areas;
- Maximising sales and expand market share along with building relationships with clients;
- Overseeing the arrangement of stock and assembling promotional displays so that products are maximising sales potential;
- Willing to expand your product knowledge of our extensive brand and ranges to effectively increase market share within the Asian food category;
- Monitor and gain distribution into independently owned stores.

**To be successful you will need**:

- ** Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are required** to ensure strong communication with our clients;
- Experience in a sales or merchandising role is preferred;
- Excellent time management and professional presentation;
- Can do attitude;
- ** Current Driver's Licence** (Fully serviced and maintained company car is provided).
