**Farm Management Specialist**
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the farm, including general operation management, pasture management, milk harvesting, feeding management, administrative tasks, and general maintenance.
This is a full-time position which may involve weekend work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional responsibilities may include leading a small team or groups and training new members of the team.
**Key Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or higher equivalent
- At least 3 years recent relevant work experience
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Advance knowledge in animal husbandry, animal welfare and legislation, dairy production, and OH&S;
- Knowledge in computer programs/software is an advantage.
**Work Environment:**
Rotating roster, penalty rates applicable.
**Education Requirements:**
Bachelor Degree (preferred).
**Experience Requirements:**
Recent and relevant: 3 years (preferred).
**Work Authorisation:**
Australia (preferred).
