**About the Role**:
As the **Manager of AOD Outreach and Engagement Services**, you will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed care and harm reduction strategies to vulnerable populations. Based in North Richmond, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the community while fostering innovative service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic leadership and operational management of the AOD Outreach program.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of case coordinators, outreach workers, and lived experience practitioners.
- Embedding harm reduction and trauma-informed principles into program delivery.
- Fostering partnerships with stakeholders and advocating for key community health issues.
- Overseeing program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Managing budgets, compliance, and reporting requirements.

**About You**:
You are a compassionate leader with extensive experience in AOD or mental health services. You thrive on creating meaningful change and building strong connections with your team, stakeholders, and the community.

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, social work, psychology).
- Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in AOD service delivery, including working with people who inject drugs.
- Brings strong leadership skills and a commitment to harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
- Demonstrates excellent people management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Is experienced in managing outreach programs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Has knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.
