About the Role
A great opportunity exists for an experienced, commercially savvy, and dynamic Distributor Manager to join our North Melbourne team, responsible for the Victoria and Tasmania region. You will be a key member of the MAURI Commercial Sales Team, managing and growing the performance of a designated portfolio of customers in the distribution channel for VIC/TAS.
About You
The successful individual will enjoy the challenge of building relationships to achieve win-win outcomes with existing distributors, prospect accounts and cross functional colleagues within Mauri. This role requires strategic thinking to formulate insight and fact-based customer plans to achieve sales volume & revenue targets and determine new & innovative ways to better serve our customers.
Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role with exceptional negotiation and communication skills, well-developed problem-solving abilities and be able to role model our safety culture. You will be able to exhibit knowledge of the appropriate channels and customer base. You will also demonstrate strong commercial acumen to assess market and customer needs and make recommendations to meet them.
Previous experience working in a similar environment/role - Food service, Bakery, or FMCG will be highly regarded.
