About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager – Distribution to join our Concrete Systems Division. In this role, you will strategically develop and manage distribution partners to drive sustainable above-market growth and profitability.
What You'll Do:- Develop and manage distribution partnerships to drive growth and profitability.
- Bring advanced selling solutions to enhance channel management and key account growth.
- Use sales acumen skills to seek opportunities with existing distribution partners.
- Innovate and solve problems to create and execute 'push' growth strategies and tailored account development plans.
- Collaborate with field sales engineers to build strong market connectivity between distributors and end users.
- Drive safety culture and process improvements.
- Proven experience managing and growing key distributors in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Ability to create and execute strategic Account Development Plans.
- Preferred experience in the construction industry or related steel sectors.
- A natural leader who simplifies, prioritises, and drives focus.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence without relying on position power.
