What You'll Own:
Win new businessin the vibrant Melbourne CBD foodservice scene by identifying, targeting, and converting high-value customers.
Build and manage a strategic pipeline—you'll be in the driver's seat from lead generation to close.
Deliver compelling sales pitchesthat speak to chefs, buyers, and business owners alike.
Negotiate with confidenceand close deals that drive growth while strengthening customer relationships.
Partner with cross-functional teams(Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Spot trends before they happenby staying across competitor activity, emerging market shifts, and customer behaviours.
Contribute to the sales strategy, bringing your ideas, feedback, and commercial lens to the table.
What You Bring to the Table:
Aproven track recordin business development—ideally in foodservice, B2B, FMCG, or a related industry.
Confidence, curiosity, and grit—you're resilient, self-motivated, and always ready to chase the next opportunity.
Exceptionalrelationship-buildingandnegotiation skills—you know how to tailor your message and close the deal.
Strongcommercial acumenand the ability to unpack and communicate the value of premium products.
Data-savvy, organised, and strategic in your approach to pipeline management.
