
Gym Receptionist

Job Description - This job contains membership consulting and administration. You will be handling bookings, membership sign ups, cleanliness & maintenance of the facility. Basic computer skills is a requirement as you will be dealing with sale leads, phone calls, printing of documents and responding to enquiries.
Role - This role requires exceptional customer service that can work in a fast-paced environment - dealing with membership sign ups, walk-ins and bookings. We require someone with at least 2 years experience in sales & customer service with a good understanding of the usage in fitness equipment on how they can demonstrate how to use it. Applicant must be fitness driven and loves to work within the fitness industry, energetic and enthusiastic. Ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently. Strong communication skills is a must as the job is face-to-face interaction constantly and the ability to multi-task very well. A strong work ethic is crucial as the role is constant and consistent. Friendly and confident.
Education - CERT III & IV is preferable but not required. First Aid.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
