**The Role**:
We're seeking a proactive and creatively driven **CRM Manager** to lead our owned media channels, manage and grow our customer database, and drive the development and launch of a brand-new customer loyalty program. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who's as passionate about data and results as they are about great customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Database Management**: Oversee customer segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking. Ensure our customer data is clean, organised, and leveraged effectively.
- **Loyalty Program**: Lead the planning, development, and ongoing management of a new customer loyalty/rewards program.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute campaigns using Klaviyo, including automated flows, newsletters, and promotional sends.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor CRM KPIs and campaign metrics. Report on performance and optimise campaigns based on insights.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, creative, and customer experience teams to align CRM initiatives with brand goals.
- **Innovation**: Stay on top of CRM and loyalty trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Who You Are**:

- You have **3+ years of experience** in CRM, ideally within retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
- You have a **strong balance of creative flair and analytical mindset** - you love testing new ideas but know how to track what's working.
- You thrive in **small, fast-paced environments** and enjoy wearing multiple hats.
- You're a **self-starter** with a can-do attitude and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- You understand and care about customer journeys and loyalty, and you're passionate about creating delightful brand experiences.
- You're collaborative, curious, and a great communicator who fits in culturally with a nimble, close-knit team.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience launching or managing a customer loyalty program
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or customer data platforms (CDPs)
- Knowledge of SMS marketing platforms
