About Your New JobWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a customer relationship manager. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts.
As a customer relationship manager, your primary objective will be to build and establish relationships with customers based on rapport and trust. You will negotiate repayment solutions, resolve problems, and handle objections in a professional and courteous manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making and receiving high-volume outbound/inbound calls
- Investigating to locate and establish connections with customers
- Building and establishing relationships with customers based on rapport and trust
- Negotiating repayment solutions
- Problem-solving and objection handling
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), persistence, and resilience to have challenging conversations. Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales, or similar industries is beneficial. However, collections experience is not required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.
