About The Role
We are seeking a full time
Program Manager
to oversee the planning and successful delivery of a portfolio of development projects across our organisation. The role will provide assistance to the Principal Architect and Development Manager to strategise overall project delivery from feasibility to occupancy. Reporting to the Head of Building Development the Program Manager will coordinate a team of internal Project Managers and external resources as required.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure objectives are met.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
The role is based in CEM\'s corporate office on the Central Coast with a flexible work policy allowing a portion of WFH.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role managing complex projects valued up to $50M across multiple sites simultaneously
Proven record managing high performing teams consistently achieving delivery goals
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management systems
Hold and maintain a valid Working with Children Check
An active Christian faith and church involvement
