**Please note this role requires you to come in the office a few days a week, so must be located in Sydney.**

**POSITION PURPOSE**

The ServiceNow Admin will be the primary administrator and will be involved in configuration of new features, components and integrations including automated and manual testing. They will work with business to identify improvements and work with the development team to have them developed, tested and released.

The role will focus on:

- Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
- Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.
- Drive business requirements for further systems integrations and process automation by the IT Development teams.
- Configure and maintain SLA (service level agreements), catalogue items and their associated workflows.
- Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices.

**Required**
- In-depth hands-on experience with recent version/s of Service Management or Telecom Service Management ServiceNow.
- Ability to work both independently and within team environment on both large & small projects.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to write clear work instructions.
- Good analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems in an efficient manner.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and release schedules.
