We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow administrator to join our team.

As a ServiceNow administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow ITSM solution. This includes configuring and customizing the platform to meet business needs, as well as ensuring data integrity and security.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow components, including business rules, client scripting, UI policies, ACLs, CSS, properties, UI pages, workflows, contexts, and more. They will also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs
  • Managing and maintaining data integrity and security
  • Creating and editing workflows, SLAs, and reports
  • Developing and implementing UI policies and scripts
  • Building and assigning roles to users

Primary qualifications include:

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow components
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certification

Desired qualifications include:

  • Experience working with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
