As the Head of Marketing, Digital & Lead Generation, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of marketing and digital strategies aligned with the Group and Australian Private Health Insurance (aphi) strategic plans to achieve growth and member experience objectives and key results.

The role will own the end-to-end marketing for new and existing nib members across Private Health Insurance (PHI) and non-PHI membership cohorts. This includes defining and executing nib's brand strategy, acquisition marketing, member communications; and loyalty initiatives to retain nib's existing members.

In addition, you will own the online sales and lead management strategy across all aphi brands and segments, alongside the digital experience across web, app and online services. The role will drive experimentation and optimisation of all marketing and digital assets to ensure performance effectiveness.

The role will provide clear direction to the Marketing, Digital & Lead Generation team, prioritising and managing resources and investment allocation, whilst at the same time seeking opportunities to improve member engagement, business performance and profitability.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 8 years' experience leading brand, creative, media and digital marketing teams, with a proven track record in developing and delivering successful strategies and initiatives.

With superior leadership skills and proven experience in managing teams, combined with high-level interpersonal abilities to effectively influence and inspire others, you excel at driving collaboration and achieving impactful results.- Relevant degree qualification in a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Sound commercial judgement- Excellent negotiation skills
