CHL (Camplify Holdings Limited) is an ASX listed peer-to-peer global campervan and caravan sharing platform that operates under the Camplify brand in Australia, New Zealand, UK and Spain and the Paul Camper Brand in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our growth strategy. We work in a hybrid way

The Head of Marketing will have total accountability for the ANZ market and run marketing shared services supporting European marketeers through providing Search Marketing and CRM services. This is a very unique and exciting role in the travel industry that is truely end to end; developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy: Create and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Camplify's business objectives and drives growth.
- Lead the marketing team: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee all marketing channels for ANZ: Manage all marketing channels, including digital, search, social media, content marketing, CRM, PR, and events, to ensure a consistent and effective brand message.
- Lead shared service marketing : Manage the provision of search marketing and CRM at a global level through a shared service hybrid model.
- Manage the marketing budget: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Track and measure marketing performance: Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, including community, customer service, technology, and international markets to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Extensive experience in marketing with a digital focus, definitely in the on line space, preferably in the sharing economy or travel industry: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns is essential.
- Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven and results-oriented: Ability to track and analyze marketing data to measure performance and drive results.
- Passion for the outdoors and the sharing economy: A genuine interest in Camplify's mission and values.
- Global working, multi language experience : Experience working across a number of global markets, balancing matrix structures and multi language environments.
- We operate in a hybrid model; however, to succeed in this role, it is essential to be present at our HQ in Newcastle for at least 2 days each week.
