**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Victorian Operations Manager, the Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of cleaning contractors to ensure that TOMRA assets in the field are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality at all times.

You will be responsible for maintaining a strong, customer focussed relationships with our partners (shopping centres who host the installations) and support with resolving any operational, safety issues that arise in relation to the RVM Kiosk on a site-by-site bases. As this role is responsible for overseeing contractors and managing land lord relationships throughout a geographic region, this will require extensive travel throughout the Western region of Victoria.

Some of the other duties you will perform as an Area Supervisor:

- Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, and coaching support to contractors, and stakeholders
- Regularly audit contractor performance and provide constructive feedback designed to address performance concerns and promote productivity
- Receive and resolve customer complaints
- Prevent any material loss and curb any potential fraudulent behaviour through detection and reporting

**Please note that these roles are based in the western region of Victoria (Metro and Regional)**

- Cert IV Frontline Manager or equivalent experience
- Cert IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent experience
- Supervision experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Licence and access to a vehicle
