**About Us**:
Part of the Knoxbrooke Enterprises group, Yarra View Bushland Nursery with 3 separate sites in Mt. Evelyn and Wandin. We produce a broad range of plants and have customers across the south eastern states of Australia that include retailers, landscapers, councils and construction firms. We are one of Australia's leading social enterprise organisations, providing supported employment and training opportunities for people living with a disability, in a true commercial environment. You can find our plants along the recently opened Mordialloc Freeway project as well as the Bayswater and Heatherdale Station projects.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to work alongside and lead by example a team of 4 adults with a disability in our large wholesale nursery located in beautiful Mount Evelyn. In this role you will instruct and supervise Supported Employees in performing the duties required. You you will also be undertaking a range of nursery duties such as plant propagation, hand/machine potting, plant maintenance, weeding, maintenance of stock gardens, despatch and other nursery duties as required.

**About You**:
Fit, healthy and active; you will have a strong work ethic and love working outdoors in a team environment. You will be able to demonstrate great communication and leadership skills along with the ability to interact with people of diverse abilities. This position requires high level communication skills, attention to detail, plant identification skills and computer literacy.

Previous experience (12 months+) undertaking leadership within a wholesale nursery is essential for this role along. Experience working with people with a disability is highly regarded.

- Willingness to undertake an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
