Biomedical Research Facility Operations Manager

Job Opportunity
This is a key leadership role within the Faculty of Medicine and Health, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of high-quality biomedical research facilities and scientific support services.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the Medicine and Health Research Infrastructure and Operational Services Team
Implement efficient and effective delivery of research facilities and services
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
Manage processes to meet faculty research outcomes and maintain high-standard research facilities
Requirements
Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in providing high-quality operations or operational support
Proven people leadership, development, engagement, and management skills
Experience working with computer systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 suite and oracle databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Skillful influencing and consultation skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
