This is a senior leadership role within the Faculty of Medicine and Health.

The successful candidate will lead a team overseeing and implementing efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day operations of high-quality biomedical research facilities, scientific and other support services.

  • The team leads the planning, design, development, implementation, operation, maintenance and upgrade of all university-owned infrastructure that supports research activities in the Faculty of Medicine and Health.
  • Develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures and standards to ensure the highest quality and compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and codes.
  • Manages a budget and financial performance of the team, including forecasting, reporting and provision of advice on financial matters.
  • Provides expert advice on complex infrastructure issues related to the Faculty's research, clinical trials and teaching.

The role reports to the Faculty Executive Director and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
