Seeking an experienced Corporate Performance Lead on a temporary full time basis for 3 months

**Your new role**

You will play a pivotal role in leading the team and wider organisation in understanding the value of strategic planning and performance. You will utilise performance data and analysis for informed decision-making while leading initiatives to enhance planning capability.
- Effectively advocate and collaborate with teams across the organisation to increase their understanding and performance
- Work with Managers to advise, shape and drive the strategic direction, cultural changes and productivity of the organisation
- Create an environment that actively promotes and supports innovation and stretches improvement

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in corporate planning
- Understanding of obligations and experience in the preparation of associated plans required through the Integrated Planning and Reporting framework
- Experience in performance systems, statistical data analysis, business analysis and performance reporting
- Ability to influence and effect change within the organisation
- Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal

**What you'll get in return**
- 3 month assignment
- Temporary full time (35 hour working week)
- Between $70-$80 per hour plus super
- Located in North Sydney (1 x day WFH a week)
