Strategic Development Leader

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans by working closely with the Executive Team and Board to inform strategic priorities.
  • Solve critical strategic questions towards OFX 2.0 by designing, executing, and leading detailed problem definition, work plans, analysis, strategic option evaluation, and strategy development to support decision-making and case for change.
  • Prepare presentations for the Executive Team and Board in support of decision-making projects.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead global M&A activities by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing potential M&A targets in line with strategic goals, leading end-to-end M&A processes including target screening, offer preparation, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, deal structuring, and closing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years in management consulting and/or corporate strategy.
  • Undergraduate, graduate, or MBA degree.
  • Strategic thinking skills defined as the ability to structure complex and ambiguous issues, deliver well-supported data-backed recommendations, and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with hypothesis-based problem-solving approach, excellent communication, judgment, maturity to work across all levels, team player, pro-active, and action-oriented.
  • Desire to continuously learn and develop, desire to work globally, and exposure to M&A.
