Job Description

The Manager, Group Strategy role plays a vital part in driving the transformation of our organisation. We are dedicated to helping Australians own their own home and support the CEO, Board, and senior management team with strategic agenda development.

This position involves working closely with the Team Lead, Group Strategy and Head of Group Strategy & Innovation to develop and execute our strategy. You will lead projects across all elements of strategy and corporate development, including growth, market entry, product development, marketing and distribution, process improvement, optimisation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience from a Management Consulting firm or in a Corporate Strategy role providing strategic advice at an Executive level
  • An innovative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving approach, and attention-to-detail
  • Ability to synthesise complex information and ideas succinctly and rally the broader organisation to deliver our strategy
  • Resilience, self-efficacy, and motivation to thrive in a VUCA environment
  • Commercial acumen and passion for data-driven decision making
  • Leadership and project management skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Degree or post-graduate qualifications in a related discipline (Finance, Business, MBA)
