**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a people leader with strong team building skills in a similar role.
- A trade qualified Technician with good diagnostic skills.
- A background with knowledge of Komatsu machinery will be highly regarded.
- An ability to negotiate with key stakeholders.
- An effective communicator with the ability to delegate.
- Experienced in estimation and contract maintenance.
