Postgres Configuration and Management Specialist
As a Postgres configuration and management specialist, you will play a key role in helping our customers understand and effectively utilize our products. This involves analyzing complex customer issues and communicating solutions to ensure successful implementation and use of our technology.
This position requires the ability to work closely with our development teams on feature requests and collaborate to improve customer experience and product value. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our customers through best practices for Postgres configuration and management, enabling them to modernize legacy systems and break data silos.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex information, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Act as a customer guide for understanding product use, best practices, and common strategies for successful Postgres configuration and management.
Analyze and communicate complex customer issues to help them understand and implement our products effectively.
Liaise with our development teams on feature requests and contribute to improving customer experience and product value.
For this role, you will report to our Sr. Director, Cloud Database Support. As a remote position, you will be working independently but collaborating with our global teams. You will be responsible for learning, applying, and collaborating to improve our customer experience and product value.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Australia.
