As a specialist in open source technology, you will play a key role in helping customers understand and effectively utilize enterprise-grade open source technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a customer guide for understanding product use, best practices, and common strategies for successful configuration and management.
  • Analyze and communicate complex customer issues to help them understand and implement products effectively.
  • Liaise with development teams on feature requests and contribute to improving customer experience and product value.

This is a 100% remote position. You will report to our Director, Cloud Database Support, and work independently but collaborate with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex information, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
