**About the Company**
This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6 - month contract paying up to $85/per hour + Super. This role is based in the Sydney CBD / WFH.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Process and Change Analyst with a leading NSW Government agency. The role is to improve the business unit's operational performance by optimising processes and work practices across the unit, managing the people, systems and data change to deliver outcomes, and developing a culture of continuous improvement across the unit.

Key accountabilities include:

- Analysis and documentation of business processes and procedures to standardise practice, and identify process and automation improvements.
- Provide practical, best practice advice and support to a range of internal stakeholders to deliver continuous business improvement.
- Undertake data analysis to identify and quantify opportunities for improvement across the unit and make data driven recommendations to senior management.
- Deliver and facilitate process improvements across the unit to streamline and continuously improve services and operations
- Coach, mentor and train internal teams in the effective use of data, continuous improvement approaches and lead the development of a business improvement culture in operational management and service delivery.

**About You**
- Proven experience in implementing change to work practices in diverse and established teams.
- Ability to drive and manage improvement and change within the unit given the volume of work and focus on operational delivery.
- Previous Government experience beneficial
