**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Change Analyst with a large Government agency who will be working on a large rural project identifying and assessing the impacts of changes to the business process, people, and technology. The role will also coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams and customers regarding changes.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Contribute to the implementation of agreed change management activities in consultation with key stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes
- Develop and manage change management records and artefacts to inform decision making and support appropriate project management and governance to expected standards, including supporting audits and health checks
- Implement change readiness assessments and recommendations to update and adjust planned activities to ensure the achievement of planned outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project team members, stakeholders and clients to meet defined business needs and assist with establishing change networks
- Developing and delivering a range of training materials encompassing people, processes and technology
- Undertake data analysis to support change initiatives
- Facilitate working groups, engagement sessions and training sessions
- Support communications activities aligned to change initiatives

**About You**
- 3-5 years of Change Analyst experience
- Strong Stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in change management activities, including planning, stakeholder engagement and consultation activities
