**How will I Help?**

The Change Analyst role is responsible for supporting end to end change management delivery across the TLAMB project in Group HR to enable delivery of key project outcomes and benefits.

This role forms part of the Change Management and Communications stream on the program and works closely with the Change Director, Change Lead, Change Manager and Communications Lead to deliver effective and sustainable change management solutions to business areas impacted by TLAMB changes.

Key responsibilities include the delivery of change impact assessments & analysis, change reporting, business engagement, development of support material/s (engagement packs, training materials, FAQs etc), stakeholder identification and analysis as well general coordination and scheduling of meetings/events.

**Builds change strategies and plans**:

- Supports others to scope change initiatives and develop fit for purpose change strategies and plans
- Attend and participates actively in project and change management planning sessions.
- Supports the delivery of key change artefacts including Change Management Approach and Plan, Engagement Plan, Communications Plan, Training Plan, Readiness Plan and Change Work Plan.
- Works closely with the Change Director, Change Lead, Senior Change Manager, Change Manager, Communications Manager and broader project team to understand current business, project and change priorities and takes action to plan for and execute delivery against these (where applicable).
- Takes accountability and ownership for delivery of allocated change management tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Updates change planning documents to reflect updates/changes to priorities (as applicable).

**Identifies and assesses change impacts**:

- Assists with conducting change impact assessments to identify key stakeholders and the roles affected by change
- Understand changes being introduced by the project that impact Customer, Operating Model, People, Process, System, Environment. This is supported through:

- Review of key project documents incl: business case, business requirements and functional design document/s etc
- Working collaboratively with Business Analyst/s, EM Change Governance, Senior Business Product Owner and Test Manager/Analysts to document changes and impacts
- Identify stakeholders and business teams impacted by change.
- Assess business impacts against the COPPSE methodology.
- With the support of the Change Lead, Senior Change Manager and Change Manager document high level and detailed change impacts and input into the Change Management Approach and Plan.
- Work collaboratively with impacted People Leaders areas to validate impacts and identify gap areas.

**Designs and executes change interventions**:

- Support the design and execution of change interventions, such as communication delivery and training, to build awareness and employee readiness
- Provision of generalist change analyst support to the Change Director, Change Lead, Senior Change Manager, Change Manager and Communications Lead as required e.g., design & development of engagement packs, FAQs, training materials, project communications etc
- Engagement with key business stakeholders in partnership with the Change Director and Change Lead
- Scheduling/organisation of planned change meetings and events e.g., briefing/training sessions.
- Distribution of project communication/s and/or collateral
- Delivery of change reporting metrics within agreed timeframes
- Ongoing maintenance of the project stakeholder matrix - including review/upkeep of the stakeholder distribution list
- Proactively identify and raise risks and issues that may impact upon project delivery.

**Measures and monitors key change metrics**:

- Work collaboratively with others to evaluate performance of change activity against agreed change outcomes.
- Understand change success metrics and proactively seek opportunities to measure change effectiveness.
- Design and development of online surveys/questionnaire's - as required.
- Collation of stakeholder feedback & delivery of associated data analysis - ongoing
- Delivery of change reporting metrics and insights at agreed intervals - ongoing.
- Active participation in project post implementation review/s.
